1. Warranty Claims

  • Within 7 days of purchase: If the product exhibits any issue listed in our Product Performance Fault List, you may return it or exchange it for a new unit of the same model.
  • Within 15 days of purchase: Should the product exhibit issues as listed, you are entitled to a replacement or a free repair.
  • Within 1 year of purchase: Products showing issues from our fault list are eligible for free repairs.

  • Manual function failures
  • No sound from speaker
  • Non-responsive interactive sound
  • Failure to power on
  • Screen display issues
  • System freezes during use
  • Essential functions not working
  • Robotic arm immobility
  • Failure to manipulate chess pieces mechanically
  • Unrecognized user interface
  • Structural damages to the main unit
  • USB/power port issues
  • Jammed turntable or disk issues

3. Exclusions from Free Service

  • Damages during shipping or handling
  • Post-warranty damages
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Removal of product labels or serial numbers
  • Misuse or improper maintenance
  • Damages from external causes like natural disasters

4. Contact and Returns Process

  • Contact: For returns, replacements, or repair inquiries, please email us at hello@nolide.com. We will guide you through the process and provide a shipping label if your claim is approved.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.
