Everything you need to know about processing time, shipping, tracking, and returns.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. Processing includes order verification, quality check, and packaging. Once your order is ready, it will be handed over to our shipping partners for dispatch. Please note that processing time may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Destinations and Rates

We offer free shipping to the following regions until February 28, 2025:

United Kingdom 5–10 business days

This free shipping offer is valid until February 28, 2025. Delivery time starts from the shipping date, not order date. Actual times may vary due to customs processing or other unforeseen delays.

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and local postal services. Carrier selection depends on the destination, shipping method, and package size/weight. Our goal is to provide reliable and cost-effective shipping for our customers.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and a carrier link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking data to update. If you haven’t received a confirmation within 5 business days, please contact us at hello@nolide.com.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival, depending on local regulations. These are not included in your order total. Please consult your local customs office for details. As the importer of record, you are responsible for complying with all laws in your country.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or military addresses. Some areas may also be restricted due to laws or logistics. If your region is affected, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Shipping Issues

For any shipping delays, damage, or non-delivery, contact us at hello@nolide.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will initiate an investigation or arrange a replacement/refund as appropriate. Retain packaging for claims processing.

Returns and Exchanges

You may return or exchange products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Contact hello@nolide.com with your order number and reason. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return label. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to a defective or incorrect item.

Delays

We strive for on-time delivery, but customs, natural disasters, or events beyond our control may cause delays. If your package is late, contact us — we’ll assist you as best we can.
